Human Resources Management functions consist of planning, organizing, directing, controlling, procuring, developing compensation, integrating, maintaining, disciplining, and dismissing. The goal is that companies get greater profitability from bank interest rate presentations. Employees aim to get satisfaction from their work. The community aims to obtain good goods or services at reasonable prices and are always available in the market, while the government always hopes to get taxes.
