Working Capital, Sources and Usage Report

Obtaining working capital from selected sources and the use of working capital that has been carried out during the company's operations needs to be made a report as a form of accountability of financial managers.

The report on the source and use of working capital illustrates how capital turns over a certain period. This report also shows management's performance in managing its working capital.

In reports on the use and source of working capital, changes in working capital of the company will be seen. Reports on changes in working capital are also called statements of funds or statements of financial chages.
